Understanding Workplace Behavior Changes Everything
Mindful Workforce Solutions was founded on the belief that strong cultures are not built through surface level initiatives alone. Many organizations invest in perks, recognition programs, and social events with the best of intentions, yet still struggle with engagement, turnover, and performance.
The difference lies in understanding people through meaningful, data driven insight.
Employees are not numbers on a report or production outputs on a dashboard. They are human beings who bring their experiences, motivations, strengths, stressors, and aspirations to work every day. When leaders combine behavioral data with a genuine understanding of the whole person, they begin to design environments that support not only productivity, but belonging, resilience, and sustainable performance.
That is where meaningful culture transformation begins.
Our Philosophy
We believe most organizational challenges are rooted in misalignment rather than capability. When leaders understand how people are wired to think, communicate, and respond under pressure, they make better decisions. When talent aligns with role and culture, retention strengthens. When culture is designed with intention, engagement rises.
Our work integrates behavioral insight, leadership development, workforce strategy, engagement, and well-being into a cohesive approach that supports the full employment life cycle. We do not offer isolated tools. We provide perspective, structure, and strategy that translate insight into measurable impact.
We partner with executive coaches and organizations committed to understanding workplace behavior at a deeper level and using that understanding to drive sustainable performance.
Our Approach
Our approach is grounded in three principles.
Clarity before action.
Data informed insight should precede talent decisions, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
The whole person matters.
Performance is influenced by emotional, behavioral, physical, and environmental factors. Sustainable results require acknowledging the full human experience at work.
Alignment drives retention and performance.
When people, roles, and culture are intentionally aligned, organizations reduce turnover, strengthen engagement, and gain a competitive advantage.
Through this lens, we help leaders stop reacting to surface issues and begin addressing root causes.

Our Evolution
Following the retirement of founder Michael Pacholek, Summit Assessment Solutions joined Mindful Workforce Solutions on March 1, 2026, under the leadership of his daughter, Andrea Pacholek.
Founded in 1998, Summit supported coaches, organizations, and leaders for nearly three decades through executive and management profiling tools designed to deepen leadership awareness and measure organizational effectiveness. Summit Assessment Solutions led one of the most comprehensive studies in executive level coaching, assessing more than twelve hundred executives and business coaches worldwide to identify the thinking styles and behavioral traits associated with successful leadership.
Andrea worked alongside her father for several years prior to his retirement, helping guide Summit’s advisory work, and she now carries that legacy forward. This transition brought Summit’s research, assessment expertise, and legacy fully into Mindful Workforce Solutions, strengthening the depth and scope of our behavioral insight practice.
While Michael has stepped away from day-to-day operations, he remains a valued advisor and enthusiastic supporter of this next chapter.
Our Commitment
We are not in the business of selling tools. We are in the business of creating meaningful change.
Our commitment is to partner deeply with executive coaches and organizational leaders to generate insight that leads to action, and action that leads to lasting impact. When leaders grow in awareness and intention, the ripple effect extends beyond individual performance to teams, culture, and the broader workplace experience.
We believe the workplace should be a place where people feel valued, aligned, and empowered to perform at their best. Achieving that requires more than data. It requires responsiveness, thoughtful guidance, and a true strategic partner invested in outcomes, not transactions.
We stand alongside our clients with clarity, integrity, and accountability to help them build workplaces that are stronger, healthier, and more aligned.
